Dr. Sketchy is coming to Minneapolis

I’ve been a fan of Dr. Sketchy and “his” anti-art school for awhile now. They’ve been my friends on myspace and every month or so I drool over the great drawings and photos that come out of their figure drawing sessions. You see, Dr. Sketchy’s is not just another figure drawing drop-in session, but rather a raucous night of drinking and drawing some of the most interesting burlesque characters. With homes in all sorts of cities around the world, Dr. Sketchy’s has finally found a home here in the Twin Cities.
The first session is Sunday, April 27th at the 331 Club, hosted by Ian Rans of “Drinking with Ian” fame. Modeling for the evening will be Nadine Dubois, burlesque lady extraordinaire.
