for the weekend: more spring veggies!
because my csa hasn’t yet begun, i’m off the the wonderful mill city farmer’s market tomorrow. it’s my favorite market in town (followed closely by st. paul’s). i love mill city’s produce planner, which gives you an idea of what to expect. and i love riding my bike there too. nothing is better than setting off for home with flowers in the basket and veggies in the pannier. this week i’m hoping for morels, spring onions, asparagus and ramps because i’m going to need lots of energy for printing our sweet hair posters with chelsea. (poster sneak peek coming next week, i promise!).
