Moved By Silence is staging an event at 9th and Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis to remind the public how significant that form of self-censorship is. Gathering starts at 4:30pm Monday, November 3 (tonight) with a dramatic five minutes of silence happening precisely at 5:15pm.
